Hello! I am Tracey Schwartz, MA, Independent Educational Consultant / College Counselor.

I am a passionate advocate for clarity, calm, and empowerment, with a diverse background and heart dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complex landscape of college admissions. 

My education, combined with nearly 15 years of counseling experience in special education, mental health, and higher education, has provided me with a deep understanding of the human experience and the power of guiding individuals towards their goals in an intentional way. I continuously stay up to date on the latest admissions trends, tools for success in this field, and best practices. I have been trained extensively in essay writing strategies through my current roles at College Essay Guy, one of the top essay coaching programs in the field, where I have reviewed 1000s of essays, helping students’ voices and accomplishments shine in their applications.

My experiences have reinforced my belief in the importance of simplifying complex processes and fostering a sense of mindfulness within the academic journey. The college admissions process can be daunting, overwhelming, and difficult to navigate. With 1:1 guidance, the process can lead to a deep understanding of one’s values and goals, allowing students to not only get accepted to college, but to be successful when they get there…and beyond.
